1. OUR SERVICES
iot.EraX LLC provides digital platforms, software applications, APIs, analytics tools, automation systems, and related services designed to support logistics operations, returns management, data visibility, traceability, and operational optimization. The Services are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, architecture, algorithms, designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, documentation, and content are owned exclusively by iot.EraX LLC or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or derivative work is strictly prohibited.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, that you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, and that your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting any content, you grant iot.EraX LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, process, analyze, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, and developing the Services.
7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. iot.EraX LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or practices. Your interaction with third parties is solely between you and the third party.
8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor usage, investigate violations, restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Services.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you consent to such processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOT.ERAX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iot.EraX LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
18. USER DATA
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you submit. We may store and process data to provide the Services, but we do not guarantee data preservation. You are responsible for backups.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as physical documents.
20. EU AND SPANISH USERS
For users located in the European Union or Spain, data processing complies with GDPR (EU 2016/679). You retain statutory rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection under EU and Spanish consumer protection laws.
21. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iot.EraX LLC. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
