Do you ship or deliver packages?
No. Findix is not a shipping company. We are a software platform that provides visibility into your returns operation. We integrate with carriers and logistics operators to track shipments, but we never handle packages ourselves.
How does the platform work?
Findix connects to your existing carriers and logistics operators via API, collects tracking data from multiple sources, and displays everything in a unified dashboard. You can see the status of every return, get proactive updates, generate reports, and identify operational patterns — all from a single interface.
Which carriers do you integrate with?
Findix integrates with a wide range of carriers and logistics operators. Our platform is designed to connect with any carrier that offers tracking data via API. Contact us with your current carrier list and we will confirm integration availability.
What kind of reports can I generate?
Our reports cover total return volume, financial impact of returns, products with the highest return rate, customers with recurring return behavior, operational bottlenecks, carrier performance, and average resolution time. All reports are exportable and customizable.
Is the platform available in multiple languages?
